TRACTOR MOM & HORSE OWNER (Female, Mid 30s–40s): The real deal on the farm. Owns and operates a compact tractor, knows how to swap out attachments, and works the land. Horse experience is a big bonus. Tough as nails, but super warm and neighborly. We’re looking for a woman who owns and operates a John Deere compact tractor or similar equipment. Experience with horses is a plus. Comfortable swapping out tractor implements. She should look like someone who has the grit it takes to put in a hard day’s work, but also the warmth of someone who’s always there to help a friend or neighbor in need.
